Joint Ownership and Declarations of Trust

Joint Ownership and Declarations of Trust

The legal title and the beneficial equitable (or financial) interest in any property can be dealt with separately and can be set out in a document called a Declaration of Trust.  These can be used in a number of situations and can provide peace of mind to clients.

For more information download our specially prepared fact sheet on Declarations of Trust (see right).
