Gardner Croft’s credit control and debt collection team offer a fast and effective debt collection service. We will send an initial solicitor’s letter to your debtors for FREE*, which can often result in payment. If it does not, then Gardner Croft are able to commence court proceedings on your behalf, enter Judgement (either in default
or not) and assist with enforcing that Judgement through the many available legal options. Fixed fees are available on request.
In addition, our Credit Control team can review your own internal credit control systems and advise on how they can be improved to ensure a smoother cash flow for you.
