"My aim in all cases is first to understand what it is the client seeks to achieve, and then to attempt to bring about the best result to restore quality of life following injury. Obviously, I seek to recover the most damages to which the client may be entitled in any given case, but equally importantly, in my view, is that I should attempt, particularly in cases of severe injury or drastic alteration in lifestyle, to help the client to restore his/her life as near as possible to how it was before the injury. I try to understand exactly how the client has been affected by the injury and/or changes in their circumstances, and then to adopt the best way possible to help the client recover their lifestyle, with referral to suitable specialist consultants, osteopaths or physiotherapists, psychologists and the like. I cannot undo what has been done, but it is always my aim to assist the client to achieve the maximum recovery possible, from every aspect."

We have lawyers who are members of the above organisations.
