I have over 40 year's experience in all aspects of Conveyancing, both Residential and Commercial.
Throughout my career, I have helped thousands of clients in relation to their property transactions including freehold and leasehold residential sales and purchases, new build purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity, commercial property and business acquisitions, commercial leases, Share Purchase Agreements and other property transactions.
I moved from my native Cheshire to Kent in 1981 when I joined a Law Firm in Margate as a Conveyancer and have since worked in a number of Law firms in Kent before joining Gardner Croft LLP in May 2018. I have many clients who have followed me throughout my lengthy career. I continue to undertake Professional Development Courses in Property related subjects to ensure I keep up to date with changes in Law and procedures, for the benefit of my clients.
Outside of the office, I am often involved in the local community, having been involved in local groups including as Chairman of a Residents Shop Association run by volunteers for the benefit of the village where I live. I am also very interested in local history although my favourite pastime must be either soaking up the sun on a foreign holiday or closer to home some retail therapy!
