Rebecca provides quality advice on a broad range of private client matters including:

  • Drafting and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney.

Rebecca has experience of complex probate matters and has dealt with a wide variety of issues including estates with complicated foreign assets, unknown beneficiaries and unusual assets and circumstances.

Our clients sometimes find it difficult to plan for the future, so helping them manage their legal affairs involving family and loved ones, is integral to peace of mind.

Rebecca graduated from Sheffield Hallam University with a degree in Law and Psychology and qualified as a solicitor in 2015. She joined the private client department at Gardner Croft in January 2019 from a well-established firm in Ashford and became a partner when Gardner Croft merged with Boys & Maughan Solicitors in May 2023.

Rebecca is a member of the Kent Law Society and Action on Elder Abuse.

In her spare time Rebecca enjoys Brazilian jiu-jitsu, mixed martial arts and photography. Rebecca also enjoys working her allotment plot.
